[Ennoia est un projet de musée environnemental qui entretient un rapport privilégié avec l'eau, et en particulier avec la présence de la Senne qui à certains endroits est à découvert. Dans la limite urbaine du quartier nord de Bruxelles, il annonce la transition vers un tissu urbain moins dense et plus en contact avec l'environnement naturel. Il est établi en étroite liaison avec une ligne urbaine sculptée qui répète la trace de la rivière. Au niveau du sous-sol, un système de récupération de l'énergie hydraulique combiné à des capteurs solaires permet l'auto-suffisance énergétique du bâtiment.]

[Ennoia is a project of an environmental museum which maintains a special relationship with water, and in particular with the presence of the Senne. Within the urban limit of the northern district of Brussels, it announces the transition towards a less dense urban district and more in contact with the natural environment. It is established in close connection with a carved urban line which repeats the trace of the river. In the level of the basement, a system of recuperation of the hydraulic energy combined with solar collectors allows the self-sufficiency of the building.]
